Free shuttle buses are available from Hawks & Reed Performing Arts Center (289 Main St.) in the center of Greenfield. Shuttles will begin running one hour before gates open each day. This means shuttles begin at 2 pm on Friday and 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. Shuttles will continue to operate for one hour after the festival ends. Shuttles are a quick 5 minute ride each way. Our drivers will bring you near the main entrance to the festival and deliver you back to Hawks & Reed.

Be sure to use reflective gear and light your bike well for the ride home in the dark!

While we will have volunteers monitoring the Bike Valet, note that Green River Festival is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.

TICKETS & WRISTBANDS
Tell your friends! Limited passes are still available HERE. Passes will also be available at the box office during the festival, but we recommend purchasing in advance.

We’ll be having a pop-up box office event at The Iron Horse (18 Center St., Northampton) on Thursday, June 19 from 4-8pm - during those hours you can pick up your festival wristbands to save time when arriving at the festival, or purchase additional passes/add-ons (parking, VIP).

• Your tickets have been emailed to you (scroll to the bottom of the email from Tixr to find the PDF attachment), and are also available by logging in to Tixr HERE. To access your tickets, click the “print tickets” button to download or print the PDF. You can also access your tickets in the Tixr app: iPhone / Android
• Please direct any ticketing questions to Tixr: support@tixr.com. While we recommend sorting out ticketing issues in advance, we’ll have box office staff on-site to assist with any last minute problems.
VIP, Camping, and Parking are Add-Ons and DO NOT include festival entry. If you purchased VIP, Camping, or Parking Add-Ons please make sure you also have a separate Festival Pass for entry.
• To expedite the entry process, please have your tickets ready upon arrival (pulled up on your phone or printed is fine, as long as we can scan the QR code).
• Your tickets will only need to be scanned once, when you first arrive at the festival (or if you attend the pop-up box office event on Thursday, June 19 at The Iron Horse noted above). After being scanned in, you’ll receive a wristband that will get you entry for the weekend or the individual days you purchased for. VIP ticket holders will have a separate wristband for entry.

SEVERE WEATHER PROTOCOLS
Green River Festival is an outdoor event and is RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan for the weather. However, the safety of the artists, attendees, and staff comes first. In the case of a weather-related evacuation, we will:
• Make on-site announcements
• Contact opted-in ticket holders via text: sign up HERE
• Post on the festivals’ social media accounts (follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram).

Note that sometimes cell service can be unreliable at the Fairgrounds, but we will do our best to notify opted-in attendees of weather updates via text/social media.

During a pause in festival events, all festival attendees will be able to evacuate to their vehicles or any open Franklin County Fairgrounds building. Signage, security staff, firefighters, EMTs and police officers will help guide guests to an appropriate building. Guests who wait outside of the fairgrounds in their vehicles will re-enter through security checks.

Please note that we are required to evacuate the area around the stages if lightning strikes nearby, even if the storm has not yet touched down in the immediate vicinity and the weather appears to be clear.
