The Cymbal agent is an AI assistant built into Cymbal Manager. Ask in plain language, and it looks things up, drafts campaigns, pages, and automations, and carries the job through once you approve.
The Cymbal MCP brought outside AI assistants into Cymbal. Now we're building AI right into Cymbal itself. The Cymbal agent is an assistant inside Cymbal Manager: ask for what you need in plain language, and it does the work where your events, contacts, and campaigns already live.

The agent is one click away wherever you work in Cymbal Manager, and it fits around whatever you have open.
The agent travels with you. Whatever you're working on, ask, and it makes the change right there, in front of you.
One conversation follows you across the product. Close it mid-task and the agent keeps working. When you want a clean slate, reset and start fresh.
What you can ask it to do
Ask a question and the agent looks up your events, contacts, campaigns, pages, automations, and ticketing health. Ask it to build, and it drafts:
Email and text campaigns.
Landing pages and forms.
Automations, including text keyword replies and Instagram replies (Instagram automations are a Premium feature).
Templates, tags, lists, short links, and ad drafts (Meta ads are a Premium feature).
Whatever it creates, it links you straight to it. You can attach images, which are uploaded to the Cymbal CDN, or drop in a contacts CSV. The agent maps it to standard columns and queues the import, keeping existing subscription statuses.
Try asking: “Draft an email announcing our Friday show to everyone who bought last month.” “Make a presale signup page for the new tour.” “Set up an Instagram reply when someone comments TICKETS.” “How are ticket sales for Saturday's event?” “Import this CSV and tag them VIP.”
How it's different from the Cymbal MCP
The Cymbal MCP lets your own assistant, like ChatGPT or Claude, draft in Cymbal from the outside, but it can't send or publish.
The Cymbal agent lives inside Manager, so there's nothing to set up. It uses the same tools, and once you approve an action, it carries it all the way through.
